So i was driving around with my brother, and we were talking, like we do when we're not fighting, and i was telling him about some of my problems, and he asks me, "do you wanna know what your real problem is?" and i look at him confusedly, and he responds "you expect perfection from everything..."I just sat there, not quite knowing what to say. I couldnt believe a) he had the boldness to say that to me and b) that he truly believed i was like that.
after awhile i got up the nerve to say something, and i asked him if i really was like that. and he said yes, i need to realized that nothing and no one is perfect, to accept things for what and who they are, and decide that they are good enough for me.
